All items are packed in proper boxes & wrapping to ensure safe arrival.

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Whether you prefer standard shipping or expedited delivery, we have options available to suit your timeline and budget. Our shipping partners are reliable and experienced, ensuring that your package arrives in a timely manner. We ship mostly via USPS. If your address does not accept deliveries from USPS let us know when placing your order. We will ship UPS or FedEx.

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. We strive to have your package ready to ship within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to review and confirm before completing your purchase. Because of the nature of some products - shipping will may be unavailable.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping through our site. We will make exceptions to this if contacted directly for an order and calculate any international shipping charges manually through USPS International Mail. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking:

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after your package has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Should any of your pieces or package arrive damaged or broken please contact us immediately in order to initiate a claim. Detailed photos of the outer box,inner packing material and Damaged item(s) will be required in order to provide compensation

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us immediately if you suspect this may be the case for your package.
