Refund policy
If for some reason your are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 1 week of receiving your order. To request a refund, please send us a message explaining the reason for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost to return the item. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels. Shipping insurance is not required but is reccommended. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to post to your financial institution once authorized.
Lost, Stolen, Damages Parcels
Should any of your pieces or package arrive damaged or broken please contact us immediately in order to initiate a claim. Detailed photos of the outer box, inner packaging material, and damaged item(s) will be required in order to provide compensation. Lost or stolen packages will also require a claim to be processed. Shipsurance will handle refunds for lost or stolen parcels and orders are subject to their terms & conditions. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your package was lost, stolen, or damaged.
